Rolling Hills Vineyard is the continuation of a family winemaking hobby began in early 1970 by Lori’s grandfather, Clarence Mattox. His small ranch in California’s fertile San Joaquin Valley was the place where fond memories were made and dreams took root.
Years later, after establishing a family of her own and migrating to Idaho, the dream continues with fresh inspiration from her children and husband Mark Pasculli’s Italian heritage.
The family purchased an existing vineyard in the Eagle Idaho AVA, a sub of the grand and well known Snake River Valley AVA, additional varietals were also planted.
The Pasculli family hopes you enjoy their version of a great bottle of wine. Made with fruit from Idaho, and a wee bit from Washington State. They truly hope you enjoy drinking it as much as they did making it. Salute! – The Pasculli Family
